How it started

ROAR began where great things often do.

Our company began when we started talking. Talking about something we had experienced in the boardroom and executive suite: great people, great intentions and great organizations underperforming during the unique dynamics of enterprise change and leadership transition.

We believed, as with any complex, strategic organizational challenge, there are solutions: results could be dramatically improved. After extensive research, pilot testing, and refinement, ROAR’s methodology was put into practice ten years ago. Our results have been exceptional.
